Colin came to my rescue when I required to obtain a retrospective building warrant for conversion work at my flat. I had been very stressed about it so it was a huge relief to have Colin take responsibility for this. Colin handled every aspect professionally and efficiently. He co-ordinated with the various trades that had to carry out additional work required and managed the process through the Building Control dept. We were delighted when the Completion Certificate came through successfully. I highly recommend Colin's work (although I would not recommend having to get retrospective permissions!) and I felt his fees represented excellent value for money and am grateful for his hard work and effort to get a satisfactory outcome for me.
